【帝鋒供金會】條款及細則

1.            會員/會籍須知

1.1.       「本公司」定義是指《帝鋒金銀幣(香港)有限公司》。

1.2.       「標會」定義指完成供款後可換購帝鋒金銀幣產品乙件(不可併單),產品價值須高於換購總值。

1.3.       「標會額」定義是會員標會當天所繳付的尾款金額。

1.4.       「會籍有效期」指首期供款當日起計以 12期 或18期為有效期,到期日為會籍到期月份當月的最後一天為準。

1.5.       會員必須完成所需供款及於會籍有效期內申請標會;如會員在會籍有效期內仍未標會將視為放棄權利,本公司將於總供款額中扣除10%行政費後退還餘額。

1.6.       如會員於供會期間申請提早退會,本公司將於總供款額中扣除10%行政費後退還餘額。

1.7.       會員可享有供款寬限期三個月(即:供款期12期,必須於15個月內完成所有供款;供款期18期,必須於21個月內完成所有供款)。如會員未能於寬限期內完成供款,將會被視自動放棄及終止會藉,本公司將於總供款額中扣除10%行政費後退還餘額。

1.8.       本公司接受現金、銀行轉賬及電子支付工具繳付供款;使用電子支付時,會員需自行承擔額外手續費。

1.9.       會籍不得轉售、轉讓或以替代人使用。

1.10.    本公司保留所有爭議及優惠調整的最終決定權。

 

2.           供款及付款方式

2.1.       會員須於每月的最後一天或之前完成當月供款,可以親臨帝鋒金銀幣門市部或透過電話客服處理。

2.2.       會員繳款時需提供姓名及登記電話以核對身份,確保交易安全。

2.3.       會員須當場確認供款期數無誤,並妥善保存收據;完成繳款後提出異議,本公司概不負責。

 

3.           標會方法及條款

3.1.       會員完成 12期 或18期供款後,方可申請標會。會員須親臨帝鋒金銀幣門市部,出示有效證明文件及最後一期供款收據申請辦理標會手續。

3.2.       會員必須完成所需供款及於會籍有效期內申請標會,一次性以可換購或補差價換購足金產品、鑽飾、手錶或定價收藏幣乙件(不可併單),產品價值須高於換購總值。

3.3.       標會時,客人若選擇換購現價足金產品,需以當日「帝鋒供金會」所示的克數基準計算差價。

3.4.       標會不適用於促銷期優惠的產品,亦不可疊加其他優惠(包括優惠禮券、聯營優惠等)。

3.5.       若會員出售標會所得產品,按本公司網站 www.emperiogoldcoins.com 所載之《金銀回購政策》處理。

3.6.       未完成供款者不能標會只能選擇退會,本公司將於總供款額中扣除10%行政費後退還餘額。

 

4.           保障私隱

4.1.       本公司嚴格遵守 香港法例第486章《個人資料(私隱)條例》,確保在資料收集、使用及保留、轉移及查閱等符合法規要求。

4.2.       具體政策詳見本公司網站 www.emperiogoldcoins.com 所載之《私隱政策》為準,本公司保留所有爭議的最終決定權。

 

5.           其他條款

5.1.       本公司保存的所有賬本及記錄(包括供款、標會及其他交易)均視為最終法律憑證。

5.2.       本公司保留以下權利:
(i) 以等值物品替換優惠、禮品或禮券; 
(ii) 修改、補充或終止《帝鋒供金會》條款及會籍;
(iii) 爭議時以本公司網站 www.emperiogoldcoins.com 所載之《條款及細則》為準。

5.3.       如會員於有效會籍及供會期内不幸離世,需由法定授權人提供遺囑認證等文件,按公司程序完成會籍轉移。提交申請表即代表會員表示向本公司陳述、保證及承諾以下事項:
(i) 保證所提供予本公司的所有資料及詳情均屬完整及正確無誤;
(ii) 已確定清楚閱讀、理解並同意遵守所有條款及細則。

5.4.       本公司倘若由於不可抗力的原因(包括由於天災、火災、水災、意外、暴亂、戰爭、政府政策、禁運、罷工、勞動困難、設備故障或任何本公司不能控制的情況)導致服務中斷,本公司均不會承擔責任。

5.5.       未經本公司書面同意,會員不得轉讓條款中的任何權利或責任。

5.6.       若本條款及細則其中任何條款被解釋為非法或無效,該等條款將被删除及不影響其餘條款的合法性及執行力。

5.7.       本條款及細則為雙方最終協議,取代之前所有口頭或書面約定。

5.8.       本公司可就以上條款及細則作出修改,並不作提前通知。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終的決定權;中英文本衝突時,以中文為準。

5.9        本條款及細則按照中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律詮釋,本公司及會員同樣受香港法院所管轄。

“EGC Gold Club” Terms and Conditions

1.           Membership Guidelines

1.1.      "Company" refers to EMPERIO GOLD AND SILVER COINS (HK) LIMITED.

1.2.      "Redemption" means exchanging accumulated contributions for one EMPERIO product (non-combinable) with value exceeding the total contribution amount.

1.3.      "Redemption Amount" is the final payment made by members upon redemption.

1.4.      The membership validity expires on the last day of the month in which the final contribution payment is made.

1.5.      Members must complete all required contributions and apply for product redemption (標會) within the membership validity period. If a member fails to redeem within the validity period, it will be deemed a forfeiture of rights. The Company will refund the remaining balance after deducting a 10% administrative fee from the total contributions.

1.6.      If a member applies for early withdrawal during the contribution period, the Company will refund the remaining balance after deducting a 10% administrative fee.

1.7.      Members are granted a 3-month grace period for contributions:
(i)  12-month contribution plan must be completed within 15 months.
(ii) 18-month contribution plan must be completed within 21 months.

*Failure to complete contributions within the grace period will result in automatic termination of membership. The Company will refund the remaining balance after deducting a 10% administrative fee.

1.8.      Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, and credit card. Members using credit card must bear any additional transaction fees.

1.9.      Memberships cannot be resold, transferred, or substituted to another person.

1.10.   The Company reserves the final right to adjust promotions and resolve disputes.

 

2.          Contribution & Payment Procedures

2.1.      Members must complete monthly contributions by the last day of each month. Payments can be made in person at the Company retail store, or via customer service hotline.

2.2.      Members must provide their name and registered phone number for identity verification.

2.3.      Members must verify the contribution instalment on-site and keep the receipt. The Company’s will not entertain disputes raised after payment completion.

 

3.          Redemption (標會) Rules

3.1.      Members must complete 12 or 18 instalments before applying for redemption. Members must visit the Company’s retail store in person with valid ID and the final instalment receipt.

3.2.      Members must complete all required contributions and apply for product redemption (標會) within the membership validity period. Members may redeem one item of gold products, diamond jewellery, watches or collectible coins (non-combinable). Product value must exceed the Total Value.

3.3.      For gold product redemption, the weight and price differences will be calculated based on the daily gold rate of “EGC Gold Club”.

3.4.      Cannot be combined with other offers (e.g., discount coupons, partner promotions).

3.5.      If members resell redeemed products, For details, refer to the “Buyback Policy” on the Company’s website: www.emperiogoldcoins.com.

3.6.      Members who fail to complete contributions cannot redeem and may only withdraw. The Company will refund the remaining balance after deducting a 10% administrative fee.

 

4.          Privacy Policy

4.1.      The Company strictly complies with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

4.2.      For details, refer to the "Privacy Policy" on the Company’s website: www.emperiogoldcoins.com. The Company reserves the final right of decision in all disputes. 

 

5.          Additional Terms

5.1.      All account books and transaction records (contributions, redemptions, etc.) are legally binding.

5.2.      Company’s Rights
(i) Substitute gifts/vouchers with items of equal value. 
(ii) Modify, supplement, or terminate “EGC Gold Club” membership terms.
(iii) Resolve disputes based on the “Terms & Conditions” on the Company’s website: www.emperiogoldcoins.com.

5.3.      If a member passes away during the valid membership period while still making contributions, the legally authorized representative must provide probate documents (e.g., grant of probate or letters of administration) to complete the membership transfer in accordance with the Company's procedures. By submitting the application form, the member hereby represents, warrants, and undertakes to the Company the following:
(i)  All information and details provided to the Company are complete, accurate, and correct;
(ii) The member has thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions.

5.4.      The Company shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, equipment failures, or any other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

5.5.      No member may transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.

5.6.      If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

5.7.      These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

5.8.      The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Company's decision shall be final. Where there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

5.9.      These terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR laws, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
